"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

"Small room with very hard uncomfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom OK. Hotel is new but is situated between a main road & a train line so nowhere is really quiet. There was grit on the floor but otherwise clean. The girl who initially received us was very grumpy. "

"We picked this quaint little hotel at the spur of the moment decision to drive up that way because it had a hot springs pool and it was about 10 min drive to the Saturnia Hot Springs Falls. Which is probably what brings most outsiders there. It’s Very quiet but We really had a pleasant stay for our 2 nights and that was all we really needed. "Lovely spot, gorgeous views and a little off the main freeway, but close enough to be convenient. Was good for a family (bunk and queen), buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. No supermarkets or other eating options very close by, but there is a restaurant on site. The pool looks like it would be great in the warmer weather."

The staff were really friendly and relaxed, the room in the main building was fine, the grounds are magnificent, the swimming pool massive and the restaurant superb. Only two small gripes. There was a terrble smell in the middle of one night and some construction traffic early in the morning at a site well behind the hotel was a bit noisy but I would still recommend this hotel. It's also in a great position for getting to Siena, Massa and the rest...
