"Staff were friendly but we paid a premium for this stay and we don't think it was worth almost double every other location we stayed. Things not working in the bathroom, old shower over bath combo. Breakfast was good but we found much better restaurants in the area for dinner. Think we just had higher hopes for the place based on the pictures and price."

"Excellent little B&B! So clean, comfortable, and set up very well. Good location to explore Oban and environs. My only issue was there are no “public areas” to relax in and the cover picture set a scene looking over the water but there is a very busy road along the front of the property below the photo making the garden not very relaxing"
"The property as a whole far exceeded our expectations. I SO wish we would have planned to stay longer! It's even more beautiful than in the photos. Highly recommend staying here as an adventure base, but also be sure to build in some time to just sit and relax in your gorgeous room or the living room, with the beautiful views and a book + tea or coffee."

"The room was inexpensive so I didn't expect a lot. The room was larger than I expected but there were some maintenance issues. There was no hot water in the room so I had to go to a different room down the hall to take a shower that had an electric water heater. The light over the sink in the bathroom didn't work but there was an electric kettle with tea and coffee available. Nice people in a very old building"
