"I have to rate this property a 1 star due to fraudulant charge to my credit card. Despite having prepaid for my hotel stay through expedia, the hotel charged my card for two two zero pounds. I did not incur any incidentals so there is no justification for any charge, nor was I informed at checkout that they had used my card details to make the charge otherwise we could have corrected it then and there. I contacted the hotel by email - no response. I tried contacting them multiple times by...

"Phenomenal place, everyone's Scottish dream, cozy, elegant, with spectacular views and such a memorable sunset. The room was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed and the breakfast was scrumptious. I can't wait to come back!"
