"This hotel was okay, however I’ve stayed at 3star hotels that are considerably better. The room was so tiny I could only open my suitcase in the walkway. The location was walkable but one side was a busy road and the other a back alley. The TV didn’t work. I booked this hotel bc the other reviews upsold it, but I was surprised by what it really was. The staff was super nice and overall no major complaints."

"The staff was friendly. The room itself could definitely use some improvements. Yes it is an older hotel but it could still be better maintained. Toilets did not flush. You had to lift lid and manually lift handle to flush. Tub did not drain properly. Worst of all was the amount of noise until well into the night. I was in room 214 and slept all of 2 hours at night due to noise from pub until 3 am and then very loud staff arriving to work around 5-6. No air conditioning so had to leave window...

"Booked this hotel for my mother and me for a girls trip. This is an easily walkable property from most major sites you’ll want to see. The rooms have air conditioning which is a huge bonus, and the concierge, Ken, was absolutely fabulous and so helpful! The front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating. There was not a refrigerator in the room (which I did not think to ask about before booking) but they do have a fridge behind the front desk that is monitored by the front desk staff for...

"This was an excellent hotel with very lovely staff. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet with lots and lots of choice. You could pay on a daily basis but I think it’s included if you booked directly with the hotel. Only €13 anyway and definitely worthwhile. Hotel bedrooms quite small difficult to get past the end of the bed as the telly was there and occasionally knocked into that -otherwise perfect once you got used to it. Very comfy bed and air conditioned."

"A great hotel in a perfect location in Temple Bar, making it easy to walk to the major attractions in the city. The bar that is attached to the hotel has great food and drink, and live music every day making it a good way to end a long day of sightseeing. Will definitely be staying here again in future trips to Dublin."
