"We went to check in and the lady gave the guest before me someone else’s room. So first impression wasn’t great. We get to our room go to dinner come home there is water everywhere on the floor the water sprinkler was leaking and it was everywhere. We had to move rooms. Breakfast was horrid! "Have stayed here many times when we need to go to BCS. This was one of the better times. Not very crowded, staff was great. No lines at Happy Hour or breakfast, everything was quiet and clean. Great trip!!"
