Especially when I needed to get my room keycard reactivated several times. I was very impressed with the array and diverse selection available. "Stay was amazing, the only issue I have is with parking. I wonder why many hotels in UK don't have parking. The parking provided was about another 6-8minites walk from the hotel which does not help if you have a lot of luggage.Parking fees was also pricey."

"All staff were really lovely and friendly, allowed us to check in early which was brilliant. The breakfast included was lovely and really nice to have this option, the room was a good size with a lovely shower, however the tv did not work and the sink was damaged. We didn’t complain as only there one night and we enjoyed our stay. There is a tram stop right behind the hotel and we were able to park our car 5 minute walk for £6 for 24 hours. Throughly enjoyed our stay and will return "
