"the staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent you couldn't ask for more it was ready on the hot plate. The bar meals were good and quickly served.
there were numerous golfers staying on Thursday evening and they were rather noisy. I was woken up the following morning at 4.30am by a loud engine noise - I didn't get much sleep. I was due to drive home that day. Not impressed. Perhaps this was a one off incident."
"Everything was great apart from the musical entertainment on Saturday afternoon/evening which Expedia didn't warn us about and which was very intrusive. We cancelled our booking in the restaurant and went to Hunstanton to escape the constant noise.
A shame because we would otherwise recommend the hotel very highly."

"Great location, but room was in poor condition (mouldy tiles, discoloured toilet seat, cracks & holes in the walls) & not clean. If you have mobility issues, there are lots of steps.Breakfast available if arranged the previous day. Free parking on the road, but spaces are taken quickly"

The bathroom shower was not cleaned properly and had dried shampoo/ body wash on the inside of the shower walls and black silicone around parts of the shower tray. Easy things to resolve.
The email address in the book to report problems no longer works and after checkout a different email address is provided. I did call the telephone number in the book but to reply or returned call.
When the shower was used the apartment then...

"Basic but comfortable, local enough to the promenade. Could do with a fan in the room or even air con ( in the summer I would pay more for air con) would have had brekkie but it's starts a bit late for us as we had an early start. Nice enough for an overnight stay."
