"It was great to have a washing machine in the room. Location was fantastic. Services within the hotel were good. Although the breakfast was underwhelming. The room was too small for 2 people. There was nowhere to put 2 suitcases. We made do and as we were out all day. We also had an internal room with a view of the fire escape. Would have preferred a better view and would ask should I return."

"The hotel provides shuttle service to Disneyland, which was the main reason we picked it. The room was clean, furniture and facilities are quite new and well maintained, love the few USB ports provided for charging devices. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was that when we asked one of the receptionists if they provide luggage delivery service or knew where to find, he said no straight away.
