"I was surprised at the old and run down condition of this hotel. Very different than the pictures shown. Maybe it looked like that when it was brand new, but it looked like a 2 star motel in Canadian standard. It was in the cheaper range but too old. It is like a condo with certain units being run by hotel. Pro: Very close to the street food market and across the street from the beach, ac works fine, large fridge and freezer. Con: Very old building, the inside looks like a DIY handy man...
