"In February we stayed here in a Delux Room called Toubkal. A lovely large room with dual aspect views of mountains. We returned in September 2026 and booked another DELUXE room. This room was not at all DELUXE! It was half the size and very shabby looking. Tired decor, mouldy curtains on balcony, ripped tablecloth, cracked masonry, poor quality floor tiles all in desperate need of renovation. An awful room name door plate 'Tachbart' made of a plastic sleeve with white printer paper inside,...
"This was a wonderful part of our visit to Morocco! Everything was so magical — so peaceful and relaxing! The staff was helpful and friendly and very attentive. We were very lucky to be guests! "
"Das Personal ist hervorragend, tolle Gegend zum Wandern... Dorfmitte kann man zu Fuß erreichen, Voraussetzung man ist dort eh zum wandern. Zimmer ist sauber, unser Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht... man ist eh dort zum wandern und nicht um die ganze Zeit im Zimmer zu sitzen"
"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. The bare bulbs and terrible maintenance makes this property one to avoid. The owner barely communicated with us. All in all a...
"Excellent séjour.
L'équipe est très sympathique, et le petit-déjeuner + repas délicieux.
Seul regret : j'aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver que la salle de bain des chambres de la catégorie "classiques" est bien privée, mais nécessite de traverser le couloir. Je pense néanmoins qu'il s'agit d'un oubli de bonne foi en configurant l'annonce sur EXPEDIA. Le séjour est resté très agréable et confortable, merci à tous."
"Rooms are in cluster of buildings , with a wide grass lawn surrounded by olive trees in the middle . Dinner and breakfast is served in the lawn in open air . Food was quite tasty - order their dinner service - it’s lovely .
Very helpful staff attentive and accommodating. Note that Rooms are quite simple and the bathroom is dated with a small shower stall . Worth the price and it’s more glamping vibes than hotel"
"Exceptional setting for this very isolated camp.
The elevated tents are very well designed and fully equipped.
Hospitality was great: friendly, helpful and cheerful.
Stands out from other camps in the region."
"The room wasn’t ready at the checking time.
The mold was everywhere in the bathroom.
No AC in the room, WiFI signal is extremely weak that TV goes off due to the lack of signal, closet shelves are broken, no table or desks where you can put your clothes, no shampoo and soap in the shower.
An awful smell all over the room especially the bathroom.
No welcoming staff.
Coffee mashing was pouring water."
