"Very pleasantly surprised how clean, comfortable and convenient this hotel was for one night. The free airport shuttle picked up on time. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. In the morning, we had their breakfast buffet which is top notch and then caught the airport shuttle back to the airport. There’s also a handy gift store/convenience store inside the hotel if you want to get snacks and drinks. I would stay here again if we need to sleep after a long flight"

One had to travel down the street to a local café, The cafe staff offered no options for vegetarians with their set menu 5. Unfortunately neither the cafe or the hotel offered NO solution. "

"I booked a garden view, and I was thrilled with spacious condition with great amenities. This is probably the best and most affordable hotel near Narita International airport that's so underrated. Breakfast buffet is great in super spacious dining restaurant atmosphere, and if you would like to experience onsen, pay extra 700 yen (go there between 4PM-7PM for nearly empty slot), and enjoy both indoor and outdoor bath. I was able to book for under $60, literally. "

"Perfect place if you even have afew hours lay over at NRT. We got this hotel room just to kill 5 hours rather than waiting at the airport. Very comfortable room for great price and very close to airport. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. "

"A very good hotel close to the Narita train stations. Staff was friendly, rooms were quiet and comfortable, free breakfast was good. Seems to be mostly Japanese businessmen that stay here. A little difficult to get to by walking from the train station; would recommend GPS navigation."
