"La habitación bien, pero al edificio le caería bien una remodelación. Los pasillos tienen una alfombra que huele muy raro y los elevadores son viejos aunque funcionan . En recepción muy atentas las chicas"

"Great location, lots of restaurant options and about a 5 min walk to the Grand Place. Only issues were I had to get my room key reprogrammed daily, create an account for the wifi and I was on the 1st floor facing a very noisy and busy street."

"Really nice although our room smelt of smoke whilst it is a non smoking hotel. The location was very central with shops close by. Parking next door for €30 per 24 hours. Staff were lovely and helpful. Allowed us access to our rooms a little earlier and helped us with keeping luggage with them so we can venture out. Would recommend."

"Saubere aber ziemlich abgelebte, dunkle und einfache Zimmer. Frühstück gut und dem Preis angemessen. Lage am Bahnhof Midi ziemlich zentral, aber insgesamt kein schönes Viertel."

"The room was reasonably comfortable with sufficient space - might have been nicer if there had been some sort of shower partition to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. The breakfast was perfectly nice and fairly good value for the 10 euros price. "The staff and property were fantastic, however our room was not ready when we arrived at 9pm-it appears that housekeeping had stripped the beds and started to prepare the room, then it had been forgotten and was not finished. The staff on the front desk were amazing and had the room sorted in 1 hour, and provided us with drinks and snacks. The family room was very spacious, great facilities and breakfast, I would otherwise highly recommend."

"Walking distance to Kasteel van Groot-Bijgaarden. Comfortable and quiet. Note that no coffee or tea in the rooms and restaurant doesn't open until 7 a.m."

"Habitación espaciosa y limpia. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a pocos pasos de la estación central y de la plaza central."

"Rooms condition is very poor. Hotel descriptions stated that rooms are air-conditioned. However, there are no conditioner was in the room. Table lamps didn't work."

"清潔感があって良かったです。"

"A remarkable building to stay in. Decor theme is carried throughout for an immersive experience. Cleaning staff was very helpful whenever we needed something. It’s a walk from the station so if you have large luggage, I’d recommend an Uber. University is nearby so there are lots of inexpensive food choices."

"Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by several unpleasant incidents. On my very first night, I discovered bed bugs in my room. Naturally, this had a major impact on my entire stay. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was a very unpleasant experience. I would, however, like to highlight that the staff member working the night shift was helpful throughout the situation, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. On my second...
