"As others have mentioned before, not ideal if you want to rest and enjoy some quiet time. It’s very loud all around from all directions, people outside in the park, neighbors upstairs and next door.
Check-in instructions are a bit confusing. You have to actually get off the car to do the check-in, so need to find a temporary parking. Access to garage is a bit wonky too.
Aside from all that, the price is great for this unit, it’s generally clean, has everything you need including a washer and...
"Alojamiento descuidado y poco limpio. Personal atento, la chica de desayuno muy amable. La zona de los desayunos también bastante descuidada y con poca variedad. Le faltaria una buena limpieza de fondo a esta posada. No esta en la categoria de 3 estrellas"
"We knew that the hotel was a historic building, but quite honestly everything inside was more than historic and just old and completely dated.
To start with the walls are pretty thin, there's no real place to put your luggage & the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade.

Although the location is very conveniant , it may be worth spending a bit more...
"Located within the old town, easy walking downhill to the restaurants. Helpful they had parking as very little available elsewhere. Good coffee nice staff and comfortable lounge areas."
"Excelente opción para hospedarse cerca de Santander pero no en el centro. No tiene cafetería propia, pero hay muchos lugares cerca (incluso un supermercado y un bazar)."
"First of all a three person bedroom, but when arrived only a small double bed
At breakfast alle he others had been asked if they wanted cake with jamon serrano or croissant. We didn’t get that option
Poor attitude from receptionist"
