"Basic but comfortable, local enough to the promenade. Could do with a fan in the room or even air con ( in the summer I would pay more for air con) would have had brekkie but it's starts a bit late for us as we had an early start. Nice enough for an overnight stay."
"The room was fine, position was near the front so didn’t have to go far to get to the main strip. Breakfast was fabulous the bacon and sausage were cooked to perfection, and all of it was hot,you could also have cereal and yogurt,also vegetarian if you prefer.Linda and Rob were lovely very friendly, couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely be returning.👍"
"One of the best - if not, The best private guest house / B&B establishment in the central Skegness area!
Lovely clean house & quality freshly cooked & prepared breakfasts - that were consistently excellent over the 5 days that I availed of them.
I also availed of one evening meal - The Sunday Roast & Desert and this too was equally excellent & very good value.
They also have a large external front area with very good wooden garden furniture / chairs / tables - although I did not avail of they...

"The host was great and was available when needed. Great choice of things for breakfast. Very Very close to everything that Skegness has to offer. Would stay again if staying in Skegness in the future."
"The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value."
