"Major disappointment – the room did not match the booking, the heating did not work, and there was no hot water
We booked an “Exclusive Double Room” for one night through Expedia, for 2 people, explicitly listed in the description as having “1 Double Bed.” The room description also listed “heating” as one of the amenities.

"A quiet place. Reasonably clean bed and bathroom. Fridge is not cleaned and had dirt and dust. I had to wipe the fridge before being able to use it. There is lots of thick dust on the walls and crevices. Restaurant has lots of dust as well. Very small room but spacious bathroom. Recommend if you use it for sleep only."
"Loved the owner. Super nice and lovely person. The breakfast could have been much better, that's what he can work on. We were there only for 1 night, but we enjoyed our rest."
"Nice Quite apartment in the center of a small village.
Lots of woodland walks and lakes to visit close by.
Owner made us very welcome.
Nice that they allow dogs."
"Albergo molto caratteristico con pareti, mobili, rivestimenti in legno a vista. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima l ristorazione. Colazione a buffet bbondante e varia. Il servizio ristorante è eccellente: cucina vista e piatti buoni e ben impiattati. Prezzi modici"
