"Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, viel Auswahl und sehr lecker. Die Lage war in der Nähe zu Myvatn perfekt, dabei aber weit genug vom See selbst entfernt, um nicht von den Insekten betroffen sein - insofern eine geniale Lage! Auch der Wasserkocher im Zimmer war ein nettes Extras. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war sehr schön. Vor unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer vorgeheizt, allerdings...

"We had a good stay at Sel-Hótel Mývatn. When we first pulled up, we were a little nervous because there were midges everywhere outside, but the staff explained that they are attracted to the light, do not bite, and usually do not fly into the rooms even if you open the window. Thankfully, it ended up not being a big issue. The hotel had some really nice extras that we appreciated, including a free coffee and hot chocolate machine available anytime, plus darts and a pool table, which my daughter...

We really enjoyed our stay!"
