"The bar would have been useful opening until 10pm so that guests could enjoy a drink or refreshment at the hotel. Tea and coffee making facility in the rooms would have been welcomed."

"I stayed for two nights and the room was clean and the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was great with a good variety of fruit and hot food."

"Henkilökunta todella hyvä. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Itse hotelli on kuulunut.

"Excellent location with nearby restaurants and in walking distance from the historic city hall (Rathaus) and the Aachen Cathedral UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lovely clean and quiet streets."

"Staff were pretty rude and not very helpful. Parking was full so was not able to park on site and the restaurant closed at 8pm. Rooms were ok but a little dated and the beds very spongy. Bathroom and shower was nice. Hotel is located in a nice village but bring mosquito repellent as they were crazy"

"The hotel was not great. When we came there were no towels and the light in the room was not working. The next day we found out that the shower door had been loose and it fell off. And we asked them to fix it. So the next day they fixed the light but not the shower door. We were staying there for 4 days and not once did they clean our room or take the garbage out. We were not happy with this stay"
