"Room was small but clean. There was space to put a suitcase by the bed but no room for a chair in the room. In our room (412) the wash basin was actually in the shower cubicle which was strange but OK apart from getting wet feet if someone had recently had a shower. Small details like tea and coffee were provided (and paper cups) but nothing to stir with. The WiFi code was not provided in the room so I went down to reception to ask whether there was wifi and the information was on the wall at...
"Easy to get to and get into the centre and beach. Parking is free and lots of it. A lift for easy access to rooms. We travelled as 2 adults and an 18 month old. They provided a cot in the room which was great and had lots of room in a double room with an extra single bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful and warm. We found the beds comfy. Safe in the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall, we would recommend and would stay again."

"Had a lovely stay with my partner and nearly one year old baby.
Prior to arrival we had paid for parking and the "Baby kit". There was delayed communication about where to park, but it was resolved just in time before we reached Evancy. When we checked-in we immediately saw the "Baby kit" wasn't in the room so we had to go down to tell reception - luckily staff was on hand to sort it out quickly.
Once we settled in, the stay was great!

"This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. The staff are both professional and friendly. The room we had was in the main building and was decorated in keeping with the building, clean lines and stylish. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and we also had the breakfast buffet which was good quality and varied. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here."
