"Hotel was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The Expedia website offered this room to 3 people, but there were only 2 twin beds. Our 9 year old had to sleep between us, so it was a bit cramped for 3 people to sleep in what amounted to a double bed. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. The front desk staff could learn to smile and be a bit more friendly, with the exception of one person. I was told his name is Moe and he is fantastic! Very friendly, helpful,...

"Good hotel overall in terms of the location and cleanness but the bed is very uncomfortable,Had a bad night sleep because of it. "

"Location location! Very convenient and walking distance to old town square, Charles bridge and Prague castle. Lots of food option. Check-in location to apartment is about 10 minutes walk. Even thou with elevator, there are many steps to climb. Definitely a challenge for older folks with luggage. Service staff responded quickly to inquiry and help. Minimum amenities..bring your own shampoo and shower gel."

Check in online non facile perchè la connessione per chi viene dall'estero può essere difficoltosa. Per fortuna la signora delle pulizie ci ha aperto e ci ha indirizzato alla reception, due edifici più in là. Sarebbe utile specificare, che in caso di problemi, esiste una reception in un edificio vicino."

"Not a fancy place, but you can't beat the location. The tours start just a block away and the celestial clock tower is just around the corner. So 4 stars: the place is clean and well maintained (it's an older building so no elevator and tall (over 5'10") people need to duck to not bump their head on the stairs. "The room was kept clean but the matress was very old to the point that it was uneven. I got the deluxe room with window to the street. There was a pub and very noisy at nights. Staff was friendly but the cleaning service still went into my room after I placed the "Do not disturb" sign outside the door. A fairly good location though."
