The PDF instructions provided contained wrong room number - the rooms are in fact LETTERS (spent 20 minutes parked waiting for a call back from the office/guest support). In addition, we were provided the wrong WI-FI information so no TV or internet for the entire stay. Spent a good amount of time trying to resolve the issue on the WIFI so we...

"The room was fine. Kitchenette was micro sized, barely usable and the shower head was a joke. Place was clean and comfortable but my goodness a lot of stairs, really hard for a disabled Senior."
