"It is a casino. Good location to Fortuna and Eureka. The rooms need a renovation, especially the lower floors. Parking was great. We had a large trailer a couple nights and there is plenty of room, lighting and security cameras. Currently construction on going for a conference center. Roo.s on that side get an early morning wake up at 730, six days a week right now."

"Damian and Barbara were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. King bed and pillows were comfy. "

"There was water leakage in the shower area and discoloration on the linoleum. A reddish discoloration indicative of mold. The deck was locked off because it seemed to have issues. This was a disappointing since the sunset from that deck was something we were looking forward to. Other than these maintenance issues it was a nice room and the location is excellent"

"Very nice but very old hotel but that’s what you expect from a Victorian era hotel. Rooms are nice with large bath. TV is very small and you must climb a very steep and tall stairway to the second floor. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs and yogurt and breads. All in all was a very fun experience and very charming."
