"Passamos 10 noites no hotel, no geral foi uma boa estadia, funcionarios sempre muito solicitos e educados. Os quartos e banheiro sao muito pequenos, a cama simplestemente pessima! Nao recomendo este hotel para quem ira passar varias noites, vale a pena para uma ou duas noites pelo custo beneficio. "

"Me hospedei no hotel Malibu Inn por 5 dias com a minha avó que sofre de esquizofrenia. A equipe foi excepcionalmente incrível, prestando todo o apoio e com toda a paciência e carinho do mundo! Não poderia pedir uma qualidade de serviço melhor, desde as camareiras, pessoal da limpeza, até os maravilhosos funcionários do restaurante e recepção. "The hotel was very clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. I am only reducing one star because the voltage was only 220 and they did not have any converters. However, I should have looked into this prior to booking but it was a very last minute, 1-night stay on our way to somewhere else. However if you are coming from out of the county and have specific needs for 110 (in this case it was my husband’s cpap), just make sure you check that any hotel has what you may need. "Urban life !! City is full of people and there is a lot to see . Everyone was super kind and welcoming and helpful. Driving is definitely a challenge!!!"

"My first time visiting Brazil from the US: Very friendly and helpful staff, who spoke English where my Portuguese was lacking. Everything was great except that I did not bring my own shampoo and conditioner, and the front desk did not have any to give me or sell to me. Also the toilets say not to put trash into them, but does that include toilet paper? (Yes, that includes toilet paper)"

"It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm."
