"There is no climate in room. My room it was burning. When train on the street my bad shaking. On shower almost wait 10 min to come hot water and this is time and water waste. It was clean room this is the one thing only can positive thing about hotel. It was terrible business trip."

"We were just passing through Altenburg staying for one night so booked this based on price rather than aesthetic appeal and had no expectations of greatness. We were very pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room was large and clean with a good bathroom. The bar also helped things along. "This is a wonderful guesthouse! We stumbled upon it at the last minute as a decision to escape the city for a few nights. The receptionist was very friendly and a we were running late for checking in she made sure that our room key was held at the restaurant attached to the inn. The restaurant is a must try too! Portions are huge and the food was delicious. We are planning a return visit. "

"Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll zubereitet, findet man selten klarer Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer sind sehr funktional eingerichtet und leider sehr dunkel. Hier würden ein paar helle Kissen oder Dekoelemente das ganze schon viel einladender machen. Für 2 Nächte ok wenn man nur zum schlafen im Zimmer ist. Der Park vor dem Hotel ist leider auch am helligten Tag wenig einladend, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür. "

"We have to open the window because room got very hot, just to find out there was a stair outside the window were anyone can get inside our room in the middle of the night, also room was very basic, old tv, carpet and nothing else. Otherwise it was a great location next to the train station, pharmacy, supermarket and other stores. Breakfast was great quality."
