"Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Bett sehr bequem.
"I could hear person in the next room talking for hours at night, dog barking, etc. The kitchenette did not have the supplies their own checklist has such as no pot or pan, only either a super tiny spoon or a comically large one, etc. The AC worked on day of arrival and not after.
The kettle had a large amount of lime buildup at the spout, as well as some water in the bottom when I arrived, with something floating in that water. Kitchen shelves were dusty, mold in the shower. Shower drain not...
"This is a good hotel, but a bit dated. Could use some renovations to make it more attractive. The hotel is set up on the hill and has nice park for the kids. Breakfast was great, plenty of food choices. The room was ok, there are no outlets by the beds so a bit strange. This hotel has potential if they update it."
"Incredible location, awesome space, great price but...I could have read between the lines better...this is not a hotel. Its a room in an apartment building that could use some maintenance. The bathroom needs an upgrade and some safety features so one feels safe using the tub. Lack of A/C could be a problem in certain weather, like the 20 degree F above normal temps we experienced."
"- Location is good
- The hotel is cleaner
- The staff is helpful
- The room key stopped working before the check-out time. I needed to call the support number a couple of times to get them to help me reopen the room to get my stuff from it. Once I got them on the phone, they were helpful."
