"It was really convenient the location for us after crossing the ferry from Denmark. The hotel is nice, the stuff was not very chatty, but helpful. The breakfast is nice and for a good night sleep on a long travel it is ideal."

No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. "A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

"Sehr schöne Zimmer, gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Gelände, freundlicher Empfang. Restaurant war ein wenig Unterbesetzt, so dass man etwas auf auf Bedienung warten musste. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen und kann auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen werden."

Wenn das Hotel noch einen Personenaufzug besizten würde wären überall 5 Sterne gerechter zu vergeben als bei so manchen "5 Sterner " . Nochmals vielen Dank . Komme wieder !"
