"Called ahead to inform staff and manager would be delayed by a day for vehicle trouble. No response. Called booking agent, was unable to get response. No help. Also clean room only every 5 th day. Bed is a double not a queen. Very small. Hotel was empty but would not allow us to stay the days we paid for - 5. Did not get any reason other than we prepaid. Room tiny. Good location but expensive."
