"Excellent stay, really relaxing and great views and food"

"Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. "The hotel is located some distance away from the main city centre - approx. 10 minute walk up a steep hill (takes a bit of effort) or a short taxi ride away. Worth it to be away from the "vegas-like" lights at night, and to have a spectacular view of the mountains. Definitely recommend getting a room with a mountain view as the sunrise/sunsets from the balcony are amazing. "Great location with great view. Stayed one night after climbing Lao Than and the bed was super comfortable to sleep on. Buffet was not available due to COVID but we were able to order breakfast from the menu. Staffs were amazing, kind and helpful. Helped us rent a bike to go around Sapa. Also walking distance to many bars if you want to have a drink or two at night. "

"Great view from our room! The front desk staff arranged our transfer to Hanoi and made sure we were checked in at the bus depot. Unfortunately we were in Sapa at the time of the coronavirus so there weren't many restaurants and shops open."

"The hotel is conveniently located to the area attractions with many coffee/dining options and shops. It has an incredible view of the mountains and rice terraces. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Buffet breakfast was decent—can’t expect too much at this rate. The room is basic and the bathroom could use some adjustments to make it fully functional and comfortable. Overall, it was a reasonable value for the money."

"I came in a night bus so i had to pay more to check in very early morning, which is fair. The room is a little outdated and the air is dump, maybe because i was in the downstairs floor. But it was comfortable and the area is great a lot of restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is not working but they have great view on the roof. The suff was amazing, they helped me with everything i needed, made me tea when i was sick."
