We found the onsen to nice but very busy at times, so we tried to go when we thought less people would be there. Breakfast was wonderful! Our daughter’s loved the matcha and hot chocolate. We were late in getting in and missed our reservation for the Ninja Temple. They called and helped us rebook it. We also needed to ship some luggage and they also called the hotel we were shipping it to, to make sure they could hold on to it until our check in date. And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion."
