"The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We needed a sheet because the duvets are a bit too hot, and the receptionist found one for us. The hotel has lovely sitting areas and woodwork in the halls. The breakfast choices were very good, and the dining room was lovely. The tile work in our bathroom was beautiful and bright. We loved the location, a couple of blocks from a main street with a bridge to the old town area and trams to all parts of town. "

Had a hard time finding a lobby for check in. Another guest helped us and we got someone (non-English speaking) to check us in. Our room on the third floor was modern and clean but small. "From the right side (out from the hotel) are trams 6, 7 and 12, tram station is close to the bakery. From the left side is tram 2. Connection very good. I bought weekly ticket for 27 euros from the airport for my stay of 5 days. Hotel very quiet. Clean. Friendly reception."
