"Very nice hotel, styled like a Brazilian hotel in the middle of Vienna. The breakfast was a bit expensive, no AC and they only clean the rooms every 3 days. Overall a great place."
"The staff was wonderful and helpful from showing us how to get around Vienna to our wake up call making sure we didn’t miss our train. Our bags were stored when we arrived although the room was not ready. This was so appreciated. The room was extremely clean. Loved the location, walking distance to many sites to see with city metro stopping just outside the hotel. I would highly recommend and would stay there again."
"I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was generally satisfied with my experience.
The accommodation is simple, without any unnecessary extras, but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed linen and towels were clean and white.
The hotel offers good value for money. Breakfast is included and served in a self-service format. The selection was quite good, and the food was tasty.
One of the main advantages is the convenient location. The main train station and Belvedere...
"Is located not far from the central Areas of Vienna. Hotel is a decent property. Extremely compact rooms but ok for a couple of nights stay. The iron we ordered in the room ended up staining one of the shirts as the Iron had a dark grease in the side of it. We didn't get time to highlight it to the reception since we had a packed schedule."
"Es la primera vez que tengo problemas con un hotel recomendado en expedia. Al llegar querían cobrarme por la estadía, la cual ya estaba pagada. No tenían ninguna información de expedia y tuve que esperar más de una hora para que lo resolvieran. El personal poco amable, con dificultades para hablar inglés. El desayuno no era del todo satisfactorio y solía acabarse antes de tiempo. Al hacer el checkout, nuevamente querían cobrarme por la estadía. Rl hotel es céntrico, pero no es de buena calidad....
"Pros:
- Very close to subway station (we found public transit is safe and easy to use).
- Excellent breakfast offered, a
much better deal than buying coffee and croissants anywhere else (plus they have nice cheeses, fruits, and all the regular breakfast food like yogurt, cereal, juice,…)
Cons:
- Can hear noise quite easily from other rooms during the day, the place was quiet at night during our stay.
- Front desk not always staffed.
- Not well signed, look for ‘hotel’ sign and walk through...
"This was a great hotel! Amazing breakfast, updated room, super nice staff.
My only issue is that you can hear everything through the vents of the room next to you. We were on the 6th and the couple next to us kept us up for hours fighting about something. If that could be fixed I would say this place was excellent!"
