"I’ve stayed here several times over the years all the way back to 2015ish. After Covid this location definitely needed an overhaul in their rooms just due to wear and tear over time. I did notice they had done some updates like painting the kitchen countertops, swapping out some door fronts, new toilets, new shower liners, new tvs, new chairs/couches. "Hotel Max’s decor is stylish and caters to music aficionados. The elevators are smallish so keep that in mind if you have bulky items for some reason. We had basic room. Bed was comfortable and room decor was cool (record player and assortment of records on the wall was a nice touch). Shower was very small, but I managed and I’m a big and tall guy."
