"Nice place, cool rooftop bar with a nice view. The room was nice, it felt really new and the AC worked great. The toilet directly next to the shower was an interesting choice."

"Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen. Es ist ruhig und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Für zwei Nächte ideal vor dem Abflug. Sehr zu empfehlen und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Stayed at the Hato for 3 nights while in HCMC. Hotel was clean, staff was very polite and courteous (always opening the door when we were arriving/leaving, breakfast buffet always a plus. Wished I checked out the rooftop bar but will on my next trip to HCMC"

"到着が予定より大幅に遅れて心配したけどフロントは24時間有人対応なので安心でした。念のためメールしましたが対応も早くてよかった。 空港からすぐ近くなので、乗継に滞在するには充分です。"

"Clean room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included with a wide variety of meals but limited vegan options. Still there was rice, sweet potato and fruits."

"Everything here is good"

"My favorite place to stay in ho chi minh city. The staff were amazing"

"Enjoy luxury hotel at bargain price!"

"Not very clean, the staff couldn’t speak English which made things harder. Room was dirty and there was dust and crumb like things in the beds and the shower was dirty. There was a bug underneath my pillow and there was a bunch of dead bugs everywhere. Would not recommend to people who want to stay somewhere nice. More like a backpackers hotel or for people on a small budget and small rooms."

"毎日清潔に掃除してくれます。最終日にホテルの朝食をお願いしたところ、とても美味しい朝食だったので毎日頼めば良かったなと思いました。そしてなによりスタッフの対応は親切で素晴らしかったです！おすすめのホテルです。"

"It was an OK stay. The staff were great and helpful. Customer service from the security staff (2 or 3 persons rotation) need some improvements. Kitchen staff were decent (except couple of older staff members are not too friendly)"

"Staff very friendly helpful"

"Not too much outside noise like some other properties"

"Excellent location super close to everything you need. The staff were so lovely and hospitable - we had the family suite and it was perfect! Would definitely recommend "

"The place was decent, no complaints except for a dog barking around 2-3am. The only issue is it’s pretty far away from District 1 & 3"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Location and Exceptional Customer Service! I originally planned to stay at this hotel for just a few days at the beginning of my trip, but I ended up staying for more than two weeks! That alone says how much I enjoyed my experience here. The location is fantastic, and what truly makes this hotel special is the amazing customer service. Every staff member is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made me feel comfortable and right at home throughout my stay. I’m...
