"The parking lot for the hotel was a nightmare to find. Google directs to a small side parking lot for deliveries. When you need to navigate through the round about and exit off of a side street. Recommend looking at google imaging instead of following google directions. Had a two room suite that was lovely traveling with a child (8years old). "Exceptional small hotel with great facilities in a good location - quiet but just a few minutes walk across a park to the historic city centre. Staff were amazing - Mattias treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived, with discreetly attentive service. So friendly and polite and helpful. The hotel is in a rural area and it is very quiet and peaceful. Especially rooms at the back facing the car park. "

"Lovely oldie world hotel , plenty of character, only thing I could fault was the hot water system which when having a shower went very hot without reason so you had to be on your guard, other than that the breakfast was Devine, bacon and scrambled egg was spot on and the home yoghurt was the most delicious thing I have tasted with various topping to add And the bedroom had a really comfy bed and I couldn’t really fault Would definitely return ."

So much potential but stuck in a time warp.
"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. The decor when you get into the hotel is like stepping back into the 1980s or early 90s where you imagine men wearing jackets with the sleeves rolled up it was quite an eye-opener, hence saying , that this hotel has so much potential. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and the room had suitable shower and a comfortable bed and luckily a couple of English television channels but no tea or coffee making Facilities in the room which was very disappointing."
