"Could not fault this place at such a reasonable price. Clean, comfortable, well equiped and friendly Reception service. Very much looking forward to our next stay here."

"Whilst this property offers superior value for money (room size, location, facilities), there are silly niggles. For example, I was there for four nights but they do not refresh tea/coffee/sugar/milk. They refresh towels and empty bins but do not make the bed. Used cups and glasses are taken away but not replaced. I would recommemnd this property to business travellers but would ask the management to consider these minor issues for longer term stayers."

"From the moment we walked into our room I absolutely hated it. It had such a bad smell, room wasn’t clean. It’s very old and outdated and the beds are horrible. You can feel the springs in the mattress.. avoid this place!"

"Our room was very nice and large, which we were not expecting. Will definitely come back. Lazy Moe's was right next door, which is convenient."

"Top quality accomodation with beautiful gardens, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would definitely return however the owner has a new no dog policy which is unfortunate. "
