"The property was rated as ocean front but it is about 2 1/2 blocks away you can see the ocean in a distance.. if you walk take mosquito spray they will eat your flesh.. there is a standing water area you have to walk by to get to the beach.. i would say it would be accurate to say you are a 10-12 minute walk by the beach not oceanfront.
