"When we check in after a long flight, it will be great for the front desk staff to help us with the check in instead of directing us to the machine for auto check in. And the mail staff there was not very helpful. The shuttle bus drivers were very polite and helpful"

"Nice staff and convenient location. The room was clean. The pillow was very thin and one should ask for an extra even before going to the room."

"The price is not bad given that this is a hotel pretty close to the Nagoya Station. The room is also rather bigger than the one I stay in Tokyo (for a similar price range). There's a restaurant right next to the hotel as well. You have to get amenities downstairs yourselves but this is trivial. Overall a good place to choose given it's close to the station."

You also don’t need detergent, the laundry machine has a built in detergent that will fill. The front desk is very helpful when you need help — they helped me hold my bags on the last day because their...
