"The staff was more than helpful, friendly and as we say in German zuvorkommend. The food and service at the restaurant was really good, tasty, good portions, nice waiting. The breakfast was really "all you can eat" and "all your heart may desire", fresh, nicely presented and thoughtful. The location Bad Zurzach was idyllic and bucolic... "This hotel is in a lovely location, very convenient for everywhere in the blackforest and in a lovely village with a train station. Hotel is lovely with large rooms. Staff are very helpful."
"Your woman is clean. The window opened towards the mountains. The spa was incredible. The food was wonderful. The staff was excellent if I ever go to bed again I’m going to be sure to stay there. I loved it."
"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. As was the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel next door was excellent too and provided lovely well cooked food both dinner and breakfast.
The only downside would be the internet connection. It was not very stable in my room and would randomly and often disconnect. I did report it to reception. This did not detract from an excellent hotel though. I would stay here again."
