"Among the very few hotels in VĂ€stervik, this one is maybe the only one that deserves attention. The scary looking building and the dark history should not fool you, it's very modern and tastefully renovated to sort of alternative hotel.
The larger rooms are quite OK, not claiming much luxury but very well furnished and super comfortable.
The staff is great! The breakfast is standard but very good and quite enjoyable, as well as the common spaces around.
Really interesting place, absolutely...

"LÀgenheten vi hyrde i 5 nÀtter var rymlig med 2 bÀddar i ett rum och 1 bÀdd i en alkov samt allrum med köksdel. Det var vÀldigt enkelt inrett och fanns t.ex. inte ugn och vÀldigt lite köksutrustning. LÀgenheten var frÀsch och hade AC. Vill man ha ett enkelt boende Àr detta bra pÄ alla sÀtt. LÀget Àr dock inte roligt dÄ det Àr ett antal "baracker" som Àr uppstÀllda pÄ en grusplan."
