"I honestly can’t believe this is only a 3-star hotel – from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was absolutely professional. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and much larger than we expected, with an amazing view overlooking the main street. "We booked this hotel the night before our tour of Poland began and it was perfect! The room was extremely clean and spacious. The coffee amenities were delicious and the service was excellent. Beds were firm and comfortable. ATM in the lobby for easy access to currency. Its also incredibly close to the main Old Town Road and all the important attractions! Highly recommended!"

"The view from our room was gorgeous, like waking up in a dream. The hotel room was nice, large and had comfy beds. The bathroom was a good size. Great location, close to everything. I would 100% stay there again"

"The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money."
