"Restaurant very good, staff very friendly. Our room however, not up to standard. Small, dinghy bathroom, lack of power outlets, lack of a full lenght mirror (!). Room 103 definitely need refurbishment. Breakfast: long queues for the two coffemachines, why not have somebody handing out coffe-/teapots instead?"

"The location of the hotel is great - the newly remodeled rooms are roomy and have a very nice design - breakfast was generous, a great value and yummy. My mistake was to forget if there was an elevator - there is not and the stairs are steep - also make sure you read the directions on how to find the parking lot - is is very conveniently located but the GPS does not find it due to pedestrian zones. "

" Nel complesso positiva ma gli asciugamani potrebbero metterli nell’alloggio, se uno li usa li addebitano se uno non li usa non paga nulla. Invece se arrivi dopo che la reception è chiusa non puoi lavarti perché non hai asciugamani. Inoltre ci sono 1000 oggetti soprammobili inutili e non c’è un phon, non lo hanno nemmeno alla reception. Ci sono cose da migliorare "

"This hotel property is best described as "Past Due"...very past due. The rooms are very small with very old and very tired beds. Two beds means two very tiny one person (small person) bed with a memory matrass that long lost his memory with a paper thing blanket. One tiny towel but that wasn't a problem as the shower was to small to shower a adult person anyway. The included breakfast was (probably due to staffing problems) not worthy to be mentioned a breakfast. At 9 am there wasn't a lot left...

"The host were welcoming and the breakfast was bloody awesome but really need car as most night time meal are litt distance from the place no lift but I able to a bottom room ."

"No way to regulate the heat/cold in the room, which was a bit disturbing since there was a heatwave at the moment and the room was VERY hot. Also the were not mini fridge which would have been nice, especially since it was so warm."

"There is nothing not to like about Hotel de Zwaan en it's restaurant. Both the hotel and the restaurant staff are very friendly. The restaurant has a unique menu and I enjoyed my veal dish thoroughly. The breakfast was excellent. My room was large and quiet. The bed comfortable. Nice shower."
