"Pros:
1. Right at the heart of Interlaken.
2. Folks at the counter were very helpful specifically in day to day itinerary.
3. Room was pretty spacious with a balcony
Cons:
1. Breakfast had very little options and was the same daily. Pancakes, Waffles, Omelets were never provided
2. Laundry was not being available in our room was very painful.
3. The mattress was not comfortable at all. We had 2 senior citizens and 3 adults in the room and all of them were having back pains for a while in...
"Compact room, but all the necessities are there. Super helpful and dedicated staff. Loved the community space, common kitchen, rooftop. Very convenient location to old city landmarks and transportation. Clean bedding and bathroom, but desk could have been cleaner."
"Quiet, secluded, small hotel with a lovely garden and even its own fountain playing. There’s an Indian restaurant around the back and other facilities nearby. A delightful walk into town and from behind the Federal Palace fine views may be had across the River Aahre and over to Alpine peaks half covered in snow in the autumn. The old town has shops, fountains and several restaurants. The casino is a glamorous place to take afternoon tea and sit in art deco chairs. Oh, and don’t forget to have...
"Essential by Dorint says it all. Nothing more than the essential. Staff is not going above and beyond. Breakfast is good but nothing to rave about. Way overpriced for what it is but somewhat expected in Switzerland and Interlaken."
"The room provided to the family of 4 was really spacious and the staff was amazing and very close to the train station which is really a factor if you have few check in luggage with you. The food was amazing and really feels safe and very clean and well maintained. I will surely want to stay longer if possible."
"I liked my 5th floor room. It was fun to look out the window when the bells were ringing and to see the sunriseand sunset. The room we was clean and there were many shops, restaurants, and a couple of ice cream shops."
