"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was overall pleasant to stay in however I would say the bath/shower setup was a bit difficult as the washroom was very small."

"The room is quite spacious at the rate I booked and it also offers free breakfast. The only thing is that they need the check out at 10 am in the morning, and the elevators are extremely busy at that time."

"There are no air con but a forced air fan that blows whatever the hotel thinks it’s needs for guest, usually its heat and we had to keep windows open, the hallway was cooler than our rooms. The cooling and heating needs a lot of work as we sweated to sleep on the 3 nights."

"The location is right across from Kuromon market, walking distance to Namba station and all the street vendors, super convenience. The staff all speak English and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, we got the superior twin bed. Will not hesitate to stay at this hotel on my future visits and will recommend this to my friends as well, very happy customer here :)))"
