"Nice big room, didn’t really interact with staff or anything other than the room as we were on weekend to the Birmingham games expo. Only 30 min drive to the NEC which was perfect. Bath and shower in room which was lovely after a long day. Easy check in and out. Car park free but must out you’re number plate in at reception. Nice little cafe bar 5min walk away "

"Quick overnight stop on way to Woburn. Not greatest of looking buildings, but once inside you don't see that. And what looked like a nice garden at the rear. Friendly and efficient check in. Separate bathroom and toilet unusual for these days but worked quite well. Reasonably convenient to M6."

"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us. The rooms are quite small and would definitely benefit from having a small fridge. Although there was construction going on next door, we were not disturbed and it was quiet."

"On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park. The receptionist, went above and beyond. She stayed with me on the phone (hands free kit) and guided me to the car park, and was so helpful and reassuring. "The hotel was ideally located for a family wedding celebration and very easy to find with plenty of free parking available. The room was showing it's age, but in no way affected our enjoyment of the stay; and breakfast was spot on.
