"Nice hotel - check in was very efficient, including parking my car. The room is nicely appointed with plenty of electric sockets (in sensible places like by the bed for charging phone overnight), nice selection of TV channels on the TV. Nice clean room, I especially liked the vegan friendly toiletries which is a nice touch and the sustainability aspects. "

We have enjoyed a snack and beers on the terrace many times but this was not available during our 2 day stay - a great pity as we enjoy the pression beers at Ibis. "Staff were excellent very helpful and hotel was perfect."

"This hotel is cheap and a little run down and the lift was repeatedly out of order. Our room to the rear of the hotel had a nice view of the 'mountain' and cable car. It was also quiet."

"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."

"I was not expecting to stay in a side building made of bedrooms. It did not feel like a hotel at all. Just a bedroom in a building. When l asked why not staying in the small hotel building, the answer was l don’t have a choice or preference.????"

The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting. "Quaint hotel in lovely location tucked away in the forest next to the river. Not easy to find but worth the effort. Excellent food in restaurant and great service. A great place to stay to relax and unwind. "
