"I stayed over for the night travelling up north thought it was a bit expensive for a single bed. Arrived at 6 o’clock to be told no room in restraunt for the night had to eat in bar and no other places to eat in town don’t mind eating in bar but it did have a dog in it and locals wasn’t really a copy eat "

"What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. Two bottles of whisky with an honour system touched off the whole experience for a couple of nips late in the evening. The rooms...

"We had a lovely stay, and everything in the chalet was fine however we only stayed for two nights. I would say there are a couple of areas of the experience which can be improved further. The bed and pillows aren’t comfy, we have both left with neck pain, a mattress protector and new pillows would go a long way. The top oven smoked when preheating so we had to avoid using it. Nice view and good location, would have benefited with directions to the spot by the river which is pictured in the ad....
