"Disappointing. Booked this hotel due to the free Airport Shuttle Bus. Arrived well within the advised operating hours of the shuttle bus. Called the number given by the hotel to be asvised the number was no longer in operation. Was left stranded at Pearson Airport at 21.30 with no option but to get a taxi which cost $36 to travel less than 2km. Would have been better paying more for a better property. Really dissapointing."

"It is well placed ,spacious and has character. Parking is tricky ,£12 for a nights stay We have been lucky to find a space at the hotel ! Breakfast was superb ."

"The hotel is dated and all rooms need updating as the floor boards all creek as you walk around especially in the bedrooms, the carpets are a little worn and the beds are not particularly comfortable. The staff are friendly enough, we only had breakfast once there and it wasn't that warm either. We had a problem with the hot water in our sink as it was not getting hot and was told by maintenance that he didn't know why it wasn't working and to wash our hands under the bath tap , I found this...
