Breakfast offered a wide choice of food, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the aircon very welcome after a long, hot journey. "Lors de l'arrivée, le manager m'a demandé de payer la chambre en disant que Hotels.com n'a rien débité de ma carte. J'ai exécuté en ayant confiance. J'ai reçu la chambre 33, glacée, 16.5C et j'ai demandé de brancher le chauffage (car il était éteint!) le plus vite car mon fils de 5 ans était très fatigué et il était tard (20h). Après 10 min d'attente, je suis retourné à la réception et ils m'ont vite envoyer une personne. La chambre était donc froide, sale, des insectes, une tache sur les draps...
