"We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, giving suggestions for things to see in the area. We made good use of the hot tub! Daily breakfasts were great. Our room was perfect."

"While this property was built in 1939 and therefore are smaller rooms, it has retained the lovely charm of its day and incorporated modern amenities. It is well-maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was attentive to the area. While the dunes prevent a view of the ocean, it is just a short walk to the beach. It is close to the Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument, which was our primary reason for our stay."

"Overall everything was fine , rooms were a little dated"

"This property has lots of little gimmicky amenities to technically meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. Robes, toiletries, cookies, room service, games, etc. However, it is an older, but remodeled hotel with some cleaning and maintenance issues, a poor breakfast offering and virtual system for check in and check out which is kind of weird. We got a room that slept four so our daughter could have a bed, but the fold out couch had dirty sheets and folded out in front of the bathroom door. ...

"Excellent hotel. It's not fancy, but it is clean and very comfortable, close to lots of places and in a safe area where we could go fir a walk at night without worry. The owner is so nice, made some very good restaurant recommendations, and was happy to work with us when we had to cut our trip short due to a nor-easter. We would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was very nice and so nice to have it on the property"

"Nice location for one night stay"

"We booked Ocean Pines last minute since the road to our original reservation in Hatteras was closed. We stayed at one of the ocean front condos and were really impressed with the deal. The condo was right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Note that we were on the 3rd floor. The dune probably blocks the ocean view on the 1st and 2nd floors. The condo was very spacious and came with a full compliment of supplies for cooking and eating. The TV was a bit small but manageable. ...

"Bernie is a great hostess. Her breakfasts and evening snacks were superb. Nice, convenient location. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The Inn was cozy and very clean and neat. The owners were very considerate towards dietary needs and worked hard to make breakfast pleasant and informative. I enjoyed the assistance they gave with both general and detailed knowledge of the local area and history. It was also a very convenient walk to the beach and I appreciate them letting us some beach chairs for the day. We had a very quiet and restful stay."
