"The property maintenance was very poor. Stained carpets, unclean kitchen, smelly bathrooms, floors that were patchy! The staff tried their best but when I compare them with other hotels, not a satisfactory experience especially for the price tag."

"Except for the fact that the entire premises, well sometimes inside the room too, was stinking like a public toilet. Had also shared the feedback with the lady at the reception just before checkout. Otherwise the food including breakfast was good and the staff were very courteous and welcoming/ supportive..."
