"I enjoyed my stay here. The property is safe and clean which are important to me. My German is not very good and the staff were patient and friendly with me. The location is great. Easy walking to the train station, shopping, restaurants, and The Garage! The room was smaller than expected, but that wasn’t an issue. "Logistically great! Accommodated very late arrival, all in English, coordinated via WatsApp without an issue, hotel in a nice location, local historical building. Definitely come here if you want the traditional Alsace experience. Easy parking in front of hotel. Room looked like new although the building is hundreds years old."
