"Wir hatten zwei schöne Übernachtungen als Start in unser Albanien-Abenteuer. Das noch recht neue Hotel überzeugt durch Einrichtung und Design. Ein Künstler hat während unseres Aufenthaltes Wandmalereien an die Wände gezaubert.
Das Familienzimmer war zweigeteilt, wie eine Junior Suite. Zwei TV, zwei Kühlschränke. Matratzen und Einrichtung top.
Das Personal war überall emsig am Start, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und sehr guter Kaffee!
Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Golem ist zum Ankommen...
"- The hotel staff was not responsive to our repeated requests to make the air-conditioning work. Our room was significantly warmer than the hallway :( Very disappointed!

"This is an older hotel, but well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. No elevator and rooms were not straightened up every day, but everything worked. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely outdoor patio."
"Très bien placé par rapport à l'aéroport, hôtel propre, personnel serviable et sympa, et le petit déjeuner très correct. Pour une nuit, c'est parfait. J'ai mis 4 étoiles seulement, car l'hôtel n'est pas bien insonorisé, et vue que la plupart des clients réservent pour prendre un avion le matin de bonne heure, à chaque passage dans le couloir, on a l'impression que les gens sont dans la chambre..."

"El local súper bien, la habitación tal cual como las fotos y muy cómoda. Súper céntrico como deseábamos. Los funcionarios bien, solo el chico de la noche, que habla sin mirarte a la cara como si estuviera sin ganas. Lo demás, súper bien"
"Hôtel très bien placé, vu de la chambre agréable sur la plage, petit déjeuner très correct et copieux, personnel sympathique, propre, animée le soir, plage privée pour l'hôtel, ce qui est appréciable en Albanie car toutes les plages sont privées et payantes. Le restaurant est très bien, a des prix correct.
Par contre, je pense que les chambres donnant sur la rue ne doivent pas être agréable. Je n'ai pas testé, mais ça paraît évident qu'il faut privilégier le côté mer pour passer un bon séjour."
"La posizione nella città è buona, ma la struttura non è idonea ai disabili e chi ha difficoltà di movimento inquanto non ha ascensore. Persino le scale sono senza richiera per sorreggere."
"Really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful (reception managed to sort us a taxi in seconds when the app we had been using failed).
The hotel was clean and well maintained. The air con in the room worked well.
The hotel is well positioned for a short walk into the city centre but also plenty in the area around.
Will happily stay again if revisit Tirana"
"I had booked triple room and was given a king bed with bunk beds that closed off the windows and prevented wardrobe or fridge opening. The tv nor aircon worked when i complained I was given choice of two rooms one king size with hardly any light the other was a twin which I took. The bathroom bidet was covered with hair and the aircon was peeling off from ceiling . The walls had marks and bathroom was stained. The manager wouldn’t give me refund for choosing smaller room despite nothing...
"Stunning views from our balcony (during day and especially night time!), the hotel is located at a 12min ride from the city centre and the restaurant has an amazing menu! the pool was lovely and not busy (no need to rush or anything for a spot). Rooms were nice and spacious and (luckily) equipped with aircon. The waiting staff was super friendly and especially Ande made our stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tirana"
"Clean room, well-maintained, staff was okay (need to be more approachable and friendly), but terrible experience due to having mosquitoes inside probably entered through vents and dripping water in the washroom. Its a good hotel but need more improvements."
